I didn't always understand the power of connection. I had to be coached to see it, and once my mindset shifted, I couldn't unsee it. In hard conversations, in moments that mattered, in my own relationships, I realized that communication is at the root of everything. That realization changed my life, and it's why I became a coach specializing in communication and connection.
